Butcher

We are seeking an experienced butcher to help merchandise and sell our assortment of premium cut meat. Must be able to cut and display for retail case, make homemade sausages, and cut for special orders. The butcher also must be able to sell from the case and knowledgeable of cooking methods. The ideal candidate for this position is passionate about food, experienced in retail food sales, detail oriented, and has a strong ability to work independently as well as a member of a team. We are looking for great communication skills who can actively teach our customers about meat.
