The Manca family has been producing olive oil in the San Guiliano Estates in the Alghero region of Sardinia for three generations. San Guiliano Frutatto is made using the blend of four olives: Bosana, Frantoio, Semidana, and Leccino. They are picked just before they are fully ripe, resulting in a fruity and spicy oil. With floral notes of artichokes and grass, this oil is excellent on salads, seafood, marinades and soup.
