Classified as a “tre latte” or “three milk” cheese, La Tur is a rich and creamy Italian cheese made from pasteurized cow, sheep, and goat’s milk. The texture is light and creamy with a slightly wrinkled rind. Its flavor is rich and buttery with a tangy finish.
