Fromager des Clarines is a French cow’s milk cheese, manufactured in the Franche-Comte region in France. It is made using pasteurized cow milk and made in a smaller, yet similar style as L’Edel de Cleron. With an ivory colored rind and a rich pate, each piece is packed in individual wooden boxes to retain its shape and freshness. Rustic and aromatic, Clarines has a buttery and creamy flavor and spreads beautifully over crusty bread and served with grapes.
