This Apulian Olive Oil is made only from the Peranzana olive. Characterized as a juicy olive with a firm pulp, it contains oil of an especially high quality. These olives are only handpicked when they are ripe and then carefully selected to maintain its high quality standards. They are cold pressed in a granite mill in accordance to traditional means of olive oil manufacturing and enhanced with natural basil flavor.
