For many years, Chorizo was not allowed to be imported into the United States. When the ban was lifted, one company, Palacios, was allowed to import this cured item. Made in the La Rioja region of Spain, Palacios Chorizo has a full and rich flavor that is seasoned with paprika and other spices. It can be used as an ingredient to elevate the flavor of any dish or can hold on its own, served with Manchego cheese and membrillo paste.
