Named after the Piave River in the Veneto region of Nornthern Italy, this cow milk cheese has a dense and nutty flavor that typical mountain cheeses possess. Simlar to Montasio and Valtellina Casera, our version of Piave is aged for approximately 6 months as we feel this creates a flavor and texture that is both well-balanced and complex.
