This cow milk cheese is aged for about 4 months with 30% less fat than typical cheeses from Holland. Manufactured in the style of a Gouda, this cheese has a semi-firm texture with a nutty flavor and slight caramel notes. For a lower fat cheese, we are surprised at how much flavor it has.
