Manufactured by the same makers that make the famous D’affinois, Florette is a goat milk version of this buttery cheese. Dubbed as a “goat brie” Florette is made using pasteurized goat milk from the Rhone Alps region in France with a pillowy and velvety bloomy rind. Unlike most goat cheeses that have a tangy and sharp flavor, Florette has more of a delicate consistency that is creamier and softer.
