Coulommiers is often compared to Camembert, but is has its own flavor characteristics that make this cheese stand on its own. A member of the Brie family, this soft-ripened cheese is made from rich pasteurized cow’s milk. Beneath its bloomy, edible rind, is a body that is lush and creamy that is assertive, but not overpowering. A great hors d'oeuvre cheese, serve with a French baguette and fresh fruit.
