Vincotto Originale is made in the southern region of Apulia using the Negroamaro and Malvasia grapes. These grapes are left to mature 1 month longer than typical vinegar grapes. They are then cooked to be reduced and aged in oak for approximately 4 years. It is then naturally infused with raspberries for a rich and sweet flavor. This is a wonderful addition to poultry and fish.(250ml)
