Raclette is an aromatic cows milk cheese and is famously known as a great coking cheese. Our Raclette is imported from France and has a nutty and earthy flavor. Its pate is elastic and is typically melted into dishes. Its name derives from the French word “racler”, meaning to scrape, because traditionally the cheese is heated so that it can be scraped off and mixed with potatoes, vegetables, onions and sometimes meat.
