Chaubier is a semi-firm French cheese that is made from a mixture of pasteurized cow and pasteurized goat’s milk. Aged for approximately 6 months, the texture is firm enough to slice or cube but is also dense and creamy with a nutty flavor with a rich buttery finish and is slightly aromatic.
